Design & Construction Concepts is a partnership of talent and dedication. Both partners are architects dedicated to guiding clients through the design and construction of their lifestyle change. The company specializes in a full service approach spanning architecture and construction, specializing in custom residential additions, remodeling projects, and new homes. Because the owners of the firm are architects, their approach to construction is a bit different. They are interested in the design concept and preserving that concept during the construction.

The firm maintains a solid four-point designation across the Franklin Report Categories of work quality, cost evaluation, value analysis, and client recommendation.
